Perth’s chicest rooftop bar, just got a notch more fabulous with the Midori Sour.

Bought to you by Rooftop at QT’s Bar Manager Ryan Cook, this is a nod to the raw frivolity of the 90’s drink sensation that is forever imprinted on our low-slung denim memories.

The QT-inspired revamped version is equally sweet and sour with notes of honeydew melon… light and refreshing with not a plaid jacket or hair scrunchy in sight.

Ryan has pulled together this easy to do, step-by-step ingredient list so you too can get down and dance the night away in the comfort of your own home disco.

What you will need:
45ml Midori
22.5ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup

Method:
For the foam if you don’t want to use egg whites, Ryan recommends getting a bottle of Wonderfoam, as a vegan alternative, and adding 4 drops into a shaker with the rest of the ingredients listed above.

Otherwise add 15ml of egg whites and shake vigorously then double strain into a Nick and Nora glass, then indulge.
