Forget Harry Styles. The big news in tours ready to land in the City of Light, are two of the biggest names in art history. Enter onto the Perth stage are Van Gogh Alive and Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel Exhibitions.
Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition
After touring the world over, The Naval Store in Fremantle is the newest destination for this up-close understanding of the artistic mastery and inspiration behind Michelangelo’s brilliant works of art in the Sistine Chapel. This life-size re-creation of each of the 34 frescoes from the Sistine Chapel has been brought to life using highly detailed photos, meaning you can see every detail, brushstroke and colour as you wander through the exhibit.
Having dazzled over 8 million visitors across 75+ cities worldwide, Van Gogh Alive has embarked on its ground-breaking tour of Australia, arriving in Perth.
This immersive exhibition where Gogh’s seminal swirls, stars, sunflowers, snowflakes, and moonshine drift and dance across walls, just as you imagine the painter would have seen them in his own day.
A multi-sensory exhibition of Van Gogh’s oeuvre at scale—and be drawn into fragments of colour within some of his most seminal works, like The Starry Night, Almond Blossoms and The Red Vineyard—as they spread across multiple towering screens.
If you can’t make it to one of these interactive art exhibitions, then step through the doors of QT Perth and enjoy some stunning artwork in the comfort of our luxe foyer space.
