Inspired by a timeless Italian Christmas, delve into a feasting menu that feature flavours of the Mediterranean. Wood roasted turkey, butter poached lobster and Goldband snapper, as well the classic Christmas steamed pudding draped in marsala custard and Amarena cherries.
