The night begins at Jana Restaurant & Bar where a four-course set menu curated by Executive Chef Carmine Mari awaits, paired with Brokenwood Wines. But the night is only just getting started.

As the evening unfolds, your host will guide you to Rooftop at QT, where your VIP reserved table, a glass of G.H. Mumm and Newcastle’s fireworks await. And because dessert tastes better with a view, roaming tiramisu and freshly filled cannoli make their way across the rooftop as the countdown to midnight draws near.
