Marble Chocolate Macaron – inspired by Gemini: The Twins
A cut-above cookie, this one’s dipped in marbled chocolate and perched on the top tier, bien sûr. Inspired by Gemini: the twins, a monochrome laser-cut masterpiece by Dawn Mostow and Ben Gould that demands as much precision as does perfecting le macaron. Bitter Valrhona ganache is sandwiched between two chocolate almond biscuits because life’s better in pairs.
Ruby Chocolate and Raspberry Choux – inspired by Clotho – The Goddess of Fate
Voluptuously round and generously piped with a hint of razzle dazzle silver on top, feast your eyes on the Ruby Chocolate and Raspberry Choux inspired by Clotho – the Goddess of Fate by Anna von Hartitzsch. Fancy yourself a Goddess? If the choux fits…
Lucid Chocolate Entremets – inspired by Cube
The angular forms of Adam McAlavey’s Cube lend themselves to chocolate box treats, shrunken to petite perfection. Carefully carved from a high-end block we’ve sourced from bean-to-bar chocolatier, Lucid, these delights marry the best of French patisserie with local ingredients. Très bon!
Red Velvet Cupcake – inspired by Big Lips by Edyta Jermacz
Surrealist lips come to life in on perfectly-primed porcelain tiers with a decadent Red Velvet Cupcake. Pucker up for a mouthful of mischief, packed with unexpected flavour and a lippy crunch.
Don your best frock and sashay into Hippopotamus like you own the runway. Come join us, won’t you?
