The real spectacle is the refreshed fare. Finesse, without the fuss. The ‘fine dining’ of the past has been relaxed to ‘refined’, with deceptively simple dishes centred around fresh cuisine and clean flavours. International inspiration fuses with the finest local produce for one decidedly top-tier affair.
