Make an entrance with a glass of bubbles before working your way through tiers of handcrafted pâtisserie, delicate savouries and seasonal temptations. All served among Hippo’s velvet-clad surrounds, where sweeping harbour views provide the backdrop and bottomless teapots keep the afternoon flowing.

Then comes the main act. Wellington Opera takes centre stage for an intimate live performance, bringing soaring vocals and a touch of drama.
