Mother’s Day Dining in Parlour
A little pocket of Paris, we’re setting the scene for très special Mother’s Day dining in Parlour.
So come as you are, and cosy up. Our gilded, renaissance-inspired surrounds are the perfect Parisian backdrop to say, je t’aime, maman, with a kiss on both cheeks.
Open for lunch and dinner, we’ll be serving our prix fixe, two and three-course menu. Chef and Creative Director Sean Connolly’s selections will take you on a journey through classic French cuisine (with a little twist of course).
Select from entrées including crispy double cheese soufflé and steak tartare, made with hand-cut, raw beef tenderloin served with spicy Tunisian brick pastry.
Mains to choose from include ratatouille and coq au vin, with délicieux sides pomme frites, and Dutch carrots with smoked crumb and goats curd.
Les desserts? But of course. Choose from crème caramel, a cheese plate or a bombe Alaska.
For the perfect pairing, enjoy a complimentary glass of crémant on arrival, or select from our wine list home to over 270 French and Australian wines. Santé!
Want to kick on until the oui hours? We’ll be burning the midnight oil with our supper food and drinks menu available until late.
