A Look Inside Our Champagne Parlour

Mountains, meet Maison Mumm. Alpine divine with an extra splash of ‘ooh la la’, The Champagne Parlour has taken up temporary residence at QT Queenstown. We’ve seized the keys for an exclusive look inside this Room à la Mumm, celebrating the official sip of the season — Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé.

Enter through the peach-hued door into an enclave of effervescence, where a bubble-shaped couch and shaggy apricot rug invite you to lounge in lakeside luxury. We’ve puffed and pruned, decked out pillows, throws and soft furnishings of pure, peachy-keen perfection, for poppable moments of Mumm.

Turn your attention to two sparkling works of art by Lyttleton-based artist, Alexandra Weston. The result of a bespoke commission for our Champagne Parlour, these works on the wall are dripping in decadence, inspired by bubbles floating and rosé flowing.

Watch the sun set through rosé-tinted windows as you pop the cork in the peak of Champagne chic. Speaking of, the minibar is fully stocked with Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé and special pricing for Champagnettes in residence, should you fancy another bottle. In the event of an emergency, pick up the peach-coloured phone and dial for more Champagne. Our Director of Champagne will be with you at a moment’s notice, lest your flute runneth dry.
