First Notch

Tucked away on the sixth floor of QT Queenstown, a new restaurant has come to play. Notch, an intimate 40-seat restaurant where flavours do the talking and the wine list is a personal guide through wine regions of Aotearoa, has arrived.

To celebrate, Chef Pat Morris and dish editor Sarah Tuck are hosting two evenings of local luxury; five courses uncover the style, flavours and personality of Notch, with dishes that pique curiosity without leaving questions unanswered. Meticulously chosen wines are the perfect accompaniment, telling stories of Central Otago vines with every sip.
