Cup at Santini is less race day, more full-scale spectacle.

This year, we’re leaning into sartorial swagger, Champagne theatre and a little well-dressed excess. Expect statement silhouettes, polished pours, decadent plates and a room humming with pre-race anticipation.

Between the fashion flourishes and trackside fanfare, we’ll be serving up a long lunch worthy of the occasion, with bubbles flowing and every detail dialled up for Cup Day.
