Vine & Dine: Torbreck

Series two lands in Barossa territory and we’re pouring it loud.

For one night, Torbreck takes over the table. From the first swirl, it’s all lifted dark fruit, savoury spice and that unmistakable Barossa depth… the kind that settles in and stays awhile. 

As the courses roll, so do the pours. Wines deepen, textures build, and the night finds its rhythm somewhere between flavour and conversation.  

We close things out the only way we know how: a roaming cheese trolly and a side-by-side pour of Torbreck’s The Factor Old Vine Shiraz — 2016 meets 2023. Same vineyard, different mood. Blackberry, spice, earth… and a little time travel in every glass.
