Beach Road ain’t fancy, but it has a lot to offer. It’s big – the bistro has daily steak, schnitzel and taco specials, there’s an outdoor beer garden, cocktail bar (The Valley), sports bar and a live music venue. Every international visitor should have at least one schooner (glass of beer) in a no-frills Aussie pub. And you can certainly do that here.
