Bondi’s beating heart and QT Bondi bestie, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar has announced its back! The iconic eastern suburbs institution will reopen this August with a one-off Greatest Hits Menu available for opening week.

Ocean eyes take on a whole new meaning when it comes to Icebergs and the greatest hits menu pairs idyllic views with the dining room’s most adored dishes from the past 18 years. From Beef Tartare mixed tableside, Koshihikari Risotto, Blue Swimmer Crab, Orange & Espelette, Pan Roasted Blue Eye Trevalla and Icebergs signature salt crusted Boneless Rib Eye – the crashing waves have some competition when it comes to securing the most Insta-worthy shot.

Icebergs Head Chef Alex Prichard said: “I can’t wait to bring back some of the Icebergs classics celebrating our seasonal producers that we have built long-standing relationships with over the years for everyone to enjoy.”
