QT Gold Coast invites you to reserve your event accommodation instantly online and offer you a 20% saving on our best flexible accommodation rate, discount automatically applied at the time of booking.
To make a booking, please click ‘BOOK NOW’ ensure the hotel is selected, select your stay dates, number of rooms (1) and number of guests (1-2) & click ‘CHECK ROOMS’.
Please select 1 room per booking only, additional rooms should be booked separately if required.
Rooms & rates are subject to availability, at time of booking.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold your reservation. The credit card must expire after the date of the event.
Pay Now: The full accommodation amount (100%) will be charged at the time of booking.
No credit card surcharge.
Pay Later: A credit card is required to complete the booking process, but no payment is taken at the time of booking.
Credit card surcharge applies: 1.50% for VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners.
*If the card holder will not be present at time of arrival you will need to complete a third party charge authorisation; please consult the hotel reservations team for further information.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel by 3:00 pm (Hotel Local Time) up to one day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation or non-arrival fee equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation rate and booked packages (1 night penalty).
A hotel credit will not be issued for any cancellations.
*We strongly recommend you consider travel insurance that covers the loss of accommodation costs due to medical conditions, flight cancellations, etc. Please speak with your travel insurer for more details.
Hotel Check-in & Check-out
Kindly note that check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
However, please note that additional charges may apply for early arrivals and late departures.
Credit Card Pre-Authorisation
QT Gold Coast requires a valid physical credit card to be provided on check-in as security for your reservation.
No Smoking Policy
All rooms at QT Gold Coast are non-smoking, this includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vapes.
