Deposit & Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold your reservation. The credit card must expire after the date of the event.
Pay Now: The full accommodation amount (100%) will be charged at the time of booking.
No credit card surcharge applies for prepayment.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel up to seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation or non-arrival fee equal to the full stay value (100%).
A hotel credit will not be issued for any cancellations.
Hotel Check-in & Check-out
Kindly note that check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability; this cannot be guaranteed in advance. Please note that additional charges may apply for early arrivals and late departures.

QT Gold Coast requires a valid physical credit card to be presented on check-in as security for your reservation.
