
Santini Bar & Grill proudly announces it has been awarded two stars at the prestigious 2024 West Australian Good Food Guide Awards.
QT Perth’s signature restaurant, Santini Bar & Grill, continues to be recognised as a premier dining destination on the city’s burgeoning food and drink scene and has done since opening in 2018. The Western Australian Good Food Guide (WAGFG) acknowledges that a venue is among the best dining experiences in the state. This year’s format sees the top 100 venues receive star ratings, ranging from one to three; with one star a standout experience, two stars a level above, and three stars being reserved for the very best.
Culinary powerhouse, and QT Perth’s Culinary Creative Lead Chef Nic Wood said, “We are so honoured to be recognised by the team at the WA Good Food Guide again this year. Being awarded two stars is an amazing achievement amongst the high calibre of talent in WA. Santini’s menu continues to evolve and we are proud of the food offering and service that we put forward each and every day. It truly is a team effort.”
With a deep appreciation and reverence for local produce, Nic Wood has crafted a simple Mediterranean style culinary experience, seamlessly blending quality and sustainability in the highlights of each seasonal dish. A strong Italian influence runs throughout the menu and the bustling open kitchen offers a glimpse into a world of wood-fired ovens and artistry of crafting freshly made pastas.
Under the guidance of Restaurant Manager Stephen Hartawan, the dedicated Santini team is unwaveringly committed to providing exceptional service. The restaurant has been thoughtfully designed by QT Collaborator and Interior Designer, Nic Graham, and sets the scene for the dining experience in a contemporary setting.
Santini Bar & Grill is open Thursday and Friday for lunch and Monday to Saturday for dinner.
