QT Sydney welcomes back an old friend with Red Passion

Posted on: 14 May 2021

Celebrating Classic Campari at Parlour Cucina

Launching on Thursday 20 May, QT Sydney’s Parlour Cucina will be welcoming back Campari as Australia’s home of Red Passion. Campari’s Red Passion campaign is a celebration of creativity and the energy that drives it, prevalent through art, music and classic cocktails with a twist.

Every Thursday from 20 May, until Thursday 10 June, Parlour Cucina and Campari will be saying “Salut!” to Red Passion. Parlour Cucina will become an Italian heaven surrounded by vintage and contemporary art, the slick sounds of Sam Weiss’ saxophone and DJ set, all in flow with QT Sydney’s famed Negroni Fountain.

Lay low but loud, as this most-loved crimson drop is back to be served by our expert bartenders from a 19th century style vessel on trend with its Gothic surrounds, and features QT’s usual suspects of Bulldog Gin, Cinzano 1757 Rosso Vermouth and Campari joined by a hint of Braulio Amaro and garnished with orange wheels.

“I am thrilled to launch this new chapter of Campari in collaboration with QT Sydney, in Parlour Cucina. It’s important that our home of Red Passion here in Australia is with a partner who is in tune with the creative zeitgeist and holds the same passion,” says Paolo Marinoni, Marketing Director of Campari Australia.

The new Red Passion campaign is the latest in a long-standing series of unique, creative collaborations as Campari partners with ground-breaking artists, spanning creative expression across a variety of fields, from dance, to bartending to music and filmmaking.

About Campari Red Passion:

Since its birth in 1860, Campari has been a source of passionate inspiration, thanks to a history as rich and deep as the liquid itself, seen through its founders’ creative genius. Campari has not only inspired passion in bartenders across the world to create iconic masterpieces at the forefront of cocktail culture, such as the Negroni and the Americano, but also through art and creativity, inspiring artists and filmmakers alike.

Campari’s visionary and forward-thinking attitude has constantly pushed the boundaries of creativity to go beyond the norm, exploring uncharted languages of advertising and tapping into the talent of artists, painters and designers. The brand’s deep-rooted affiliation with the creative world has seen limitless creations with world famous names such as Fellini and Sorrentino to name a few, to visually express Campari’s passion and creativity in an intriguingly evocative way.
