QT Perth and Dessert Rock Star Anna Polyviou Create a QTea Wonderland

Tickled pink and dipped in rock star flair, QT Perth welcomes creative pâtissier Anna Polyviou to play host to a visual feast for the senses with a reimagined QTea.

This Wonka-inspired collection of curious culinary delights will turn the traditional high tea on its head. A line-up of never before tasted savoury and sweet treats are on the menu,  with the moreish ‘Cookie Dough’ by Anny Polyviou front and centre. Over-indulge in stand-out delicacies and unconventional dishes including a caramel slice that has been reinvented with peanut fudge cookies and salted caramel popcorn – plus Anna’s take on the classic Aussie chicken roll.

Guests will follow the flavour sky-high to the Rooftop at QT where Anna will hit the QT decks with some raucous tunes whilst the sun sets on another delicious Western Australia day.

Dessert Queen Anna Polyviou says, “To celebrate the release of my cookie dough range it was a no-brainer to host a bash at one of my favourite hotels, QT Perth. I found the perfect venue to get down and party, where I can spin tracks, drink bubbles and allow the cookie to crumble”.

QTea with Anna Polyviou is available to book from $99 per guest including a complimentary Cookie Dough gift on Saturday the 22^nd of October, from 1pm.
