QT Hotels Celebrate Double Win In Condé Nast Traveler 2021 Readers’ Choice Awards

QT properties across New Zealand take home 11 coveted industry awards this season

QT Hotels & Resorts earned two prestigious rankings in the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards, with QT Wellington and QT Queenstown both named to the Top 10 list of best hotels in Australia and New Zealand. The Reader’s Choice Awards are the longest-running and most prestigious recognition in the travel industry.

For the second consecutive year, QT Wellington and QT Queenstown were the only New Zealand properties to be recognised, with their fellow category awardees located in Australia.

Known for its gallery-inspired design and culinary excellence with signature restaurants Hippopotamus and Hot Sauce, QT Wellington earned the #3 spot – marking its fourth year to place in the Top 10.

The pinnacle of alpine luxury and home to Bazaar, Reds Bar and the new dining concept Lil Red, QT Queenstown came in right on its sister property’s heels at #4, claiming its place on the Top 10 list for the second year in a row.

More than 800,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers submitted responses rating their travel experiences across the globe to provide a full snapshot about the places they can’t wait to return to next.
