All planning, design and execution work has been carried out by the QT design team, with longstanding collaborator and award-winning designer, Nic Graham. At every turn, QT Gold Coast celebrates beach culture inspired by the world’s most famous destinations for sand, sky and sea, across the globe.
QT Ballroom
The QT Ballroom is one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic venues and it enters a new era of sophistication.
Situated on the ground floor, guests can enter through the private entrance to a grand 598 square metre venue, a rare pillarless find with 6-metre-high ceilings evoking a sense of grandeur. The elevated QT Ballroom invites up to 650 guests, or 40 guests for those seeking a more intimate setting. It has the flexibility to be arranged into 6 unique spaces.
In addition to this is The Green Room (Secretariat), which boasts a 50-inch screen and is connected to livestream the QT Ballroom. The foyer welcomes an abundance of natural light flooding in from an open atrium with floor-to-ceiling windows and is an ideal space for pre-event hosting and trade.
Sunset Rooms
Perched up on level one, a dynamic venue which can be divided into two spaces. The Sunset Rooms are intimate, sun-drenched smart spaces that have been transformed with a new look interior, each offering treetop views. Complimented by the Sunset Lounge and Sunset Bridge that serve as areas for pre and post event hosting or breakout spaces.
Level 2 Conferencing and Events
The level two conferencing and events spaces have evolved as comfort and corporate collide, taking inspiration from Venice Beach subculture. Longboard, North Break and South Break meeting rooms are flooded with natural daylight, and with the inclusion of Cloud Break, all entry points welcome delegates with vibrant Slim Aarons photography. The industrial design comes together to create a more relaxed atmosphere, highlighting the ‘new normal’ way of meeting.
