Parlour Cucina Launches La Famiglia Hotline

Market Street’s trendiest dining hangout, QT Sydney’s Parlour Cucina, is helping Sydney-siders to be the favourite child this festive season with the introduction of The Famiglia Hotline. Make a call list and check it twice; Parlour Cucina’s Famiglia Hotline is keeping Sydney-siders on the good side of Santa’s list.

An antique brass phone has popped up in QT Sydney’s ground floor restaurant for the month of December. Armed with endless minutes, call everyone from Nonna to Papa and Aunty Maria. First time rotary uses need not fear, there’ll be a “how to call card” nearby.

The rotary dial and classic metal bell takes inspiration from the 1920’s in a nod to the heritage of Parlour Cucina, which exists between two of Sydney’s most iconic buildings, Gowings and the State Theatre, both of which opened their doors in the late 1920s.

The Famiglia Hotline is available from sunrise to sunset and is complimentary for all QT guests and diners at Parlour Cucina. In between sips of espresso and bites of the newly introduced Roman Market Plate or spoonful’s of Seeded Millet Granola guests can call loved ones from 6.30am Monday – Friday and from 8am on weekends.

The CBD crowd can also slip into Parlour Cucina post work to score extra points with the family and be rewarded with champagne upgrades in between mouthfuls of Burrata with walnut pesto and six hour lamb ragu Rigatoni with peas and pecorino.  Nonna always said, “big is beautiful” and for the month of December Parlour Cucina will also be upgrading bottles of Maison Mumm Pettit Cordon to G.H Mumm Grand Cordon and bottles of G.H Mumma Grand Cordon to a magnum from 5pm – 7pm on weeknights.

The Famiglia Hotline is available at QT Sydney’s Parlour Cucina Monday – Friday 6.30am – 7pm and 8am – 2pm on weekends until Christmas Day.
