BUTTER UP, QTies: Pepe Saya Takes Over QT Gold Coast

QT Gold Coast is teaming up with butter royalty Pepe Saya for a limited-time collaboration that’ll see a dalliance of decadence not to be missed. From 23 August to 30 September, butter is on everyone’s lips with a Pepe Saya vanilla bean butter-churned exclusively for QT, and available across FIXX café, Room Service by QT and Stingray Lounge. 

There will be towering soufflé pancakes with lashing of Pepe Saya, a pastry playground of perfection, bulletproof butter coffees and Lyre’s butter-drizzled non-alcoholic cocktails.  

No carb or beverage is safe with this limited-edition butter menu breaking belts across QT Gold Coast. 

All Day Soufflé Pancake Edition Served in FIXX Cafe and Room Service by QT 

One cloud-like stack at a time, these pillowy soufflé pancakes come dressed to impress, with toppings that lean into sweet, salty and, of course, delightfully buttery: 

The Classic: Maple syrup and Pepe Saya vanilla bean butter 

Hot Choc Mess: Nutella, marshmallows, chocolate fudge and chocolate Pepe Saya butter 

Sweet Heat: Chilli jam, maple bacon, toasted pepita and mascarpone 

Berry Extra: Macerated berries and vanilla bean ice cream 

Brûlée All Day: Crème brûlée with raspberry compote 

*All pancakes are served with the exclusive vanilla bean QT x Pepe Saya butter.

In this pastry parade; vanilla bean butter is the main event with every bite. Expect caramelised flat croissants dripping in golden Pepe goodness, burnt butter cookies, house-baked baguettes, Pepe croissants with house-made jam, and the fluffiest scones ready to dollop with whipped butter or chocolatey delight.

Stingray Lounge – Limited-edition Lyre’s butter-drizzled non-alcoholic cocktail menu, Monday to Saturday, from 4pm.
