Which hotels are included?
The promotion is open across all participating EVT Hotels & Resorts properties: QT Hotels & Resorts, Rydges Hotels & Resorts, Atura Hotels and Independent Collection by EVT Hotels in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Event bookings made at LyLo properties are not considered eligible for this giveaway.
What counts as a qualifying booking?
Any signed conference or event contract at a participating property confirmed between 22 June and 3 July 2026. The event must take place and be paid in full to be eligible for the prize.
Do I need to pay for the event upfront to enter?
No. A signed contract is your entry. The prize becomes redeemable once your event has taken place and been paid in full.
When is the winner drawn?
The winner will be drawn at EVT’s Sydney offices (478 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000) at 12:00pm on 8 July 2026, and notified by email and phone by 10 July 2026.
Can I choose my travel dates?
Travel dates are subject to availability at QT Queenstown at the time of booking. Blackout dates apply. The prize is not redeemable for cash or future credit.
Where can I fly from?
Return flights are included from any major airport in Australia or New Zealand.
