From earthy and aromatic to creamy notes of caramel, explore the diverse facets of chocolate in a high tea dripping in deep brown decadence. Bitter, salty, sour or sweet? Be guided by your tastebuds through three tiers of gooey indulgence and a touch of the unexpected. Think chocolate baba au rhum, bites of cocoa crusted beef, and canelés flavoured with dark chocolate and orange, crafted from Wellington Chocolate Factory’s Fairtrade, organic blocks.
