One of our guilty pleasures (that should read one of our MANY guilty pleasures) is sitting at home and watching Shawn and Marlon Wayans in White Chicks. Personally, we think the biggest scandal of the 2005 Oscars was the fact that this masterpiece didn’t win an award for everything. Including the actress category. Especially the actress category.

But not to worry, Shawn and Marlon Wayans are gracing – no, blessing – us with their comedic genius this month as part of the Sydney Comedy Festival. They will be performing for three nights starting Thursday, 16^th and their final show on the 18^th, at the Enmore theatre in Newtown.

Since they’re debut on the landmark sketch series In Living Color, created by their brothers, Keenen and Damon Wayans, Shawn and Marlon were quick to move onto write, produce, direct and act in their own hit TV-comedy series, The Wayans Bros. on the WB Network. Individually, Shawn and Marlon are entertainment powerhouses in their own right, so you won’t want to miss it when The Wayans Brothers take to the live stand up stage on their first ever national tour.

This will, like their movies, no doubt push some buttons so consider yourself warned.
