Enter the Mai Mai. Designed to evoke your inner scientist, flavours of lemongrass infused vodka, ginger, butterfly pea and citrus come together for a colour-changing sensation.  

Blue Eyes takes the chill of the night to luxe levels. Bulldog Gin, vanilla kumquat syrup, blue curacao, caper brine, citrus, and smoky orange bitters is muddled then served and sipped from a glass made of ice. 

My Pink Lady will bring a twinkle to your eye as SKYY Vodka, fresh lemon, orgeat, pineapple, cranberry and sage, is shaken over ice and topped with a flutter of blue spirulina, for a cocktail reminiscent of the colourful Vivid Sydney skyline. 

Fragrant and sweet, Rosearita will be adored as much as your most loved bouquet. A floral pirouette of Espolon blanca tequila, rose, lime and Crème de Violette, is complete with a fresh red, rose petal.
