Le Late Night

Revel in a resurgence of rollicking times and late-night rendezvous at Parlour, our little pocket of Paris.  

Thursday ‘til Saturday, as the day gives way to apéro hour and the party picks up, we’re serving Sydney’s best French fare well into the ‘oui’ hours, until 1am.

From beef tartare and Crêpe Suzette flambéed at the table, our supper menu offers classic dishes that are f***ing delicious (excuse our French.) Converse over cocktails or discover something new in our drops department in our intimate abode.
