This July, we’re raising a glass to the cause – with none of the booze and all the bravado.

Gowings has joined forces with Lyre’s, the world’s most awarded non-alcoholic spirit brand, to shake up a month of zero-proof cocktails. As a bonus twist, we’re debuting our brand new Cacio e Pepe – theatrically stirred in a Molten Pecorino wheel, right at your table.

We’ve mixed four limited-edition Lyre’s cocktails; each poured with a little flair and a lot of flavour. Think Espresso Martinis without the stumble, Negronis without the wobble, and a rosemary-laced number that hits just right. All zero proof. All $15.

In true Gowings fashion, we’re not stopping at drinks. Our limited-edition Cacio e Pepe is served straight from the wheel for maximum flavour and flair. It’s creamy, salty and full of theatre – yours for $18, all month at Gowings Bar.
