We like it with the lights low here at QT Sydney, and dear drinker, “black” wines are about to have their moment.

Introducing Dark Matters at Parlour Cucina.

Laying low but loud on Market Street, Parlour Cucina is your city centric haven, loved by locals and city dwellers, and perfectly placed to stay up late in the name of Sydney Solstice.

Dark Matters spotlights (maybe in this case, black light) “black” wines, very dark red wines, opaque in colour and bound with flavour profiles, ranging from light and fruity to rich and powerful.

Sip on old vs new school wine with a glass of each:

  • 2016 Okros Saperavi from Kakheti, Georgia
  • 2020 La Petite Mort Qveri Saperavi from Granite Belt, Queensland

For $29, join us on the dark side with two glasses of these “black” wines matched with dark chocolate dipped pancetta.

Stunning Sydney décor and an electric vibe awaits, alongside the slick sounds of Sam Weiss working a DJ set and the sax.

Our Parlour pourers are running point on Dark Matters, cheers to longer nights and darker wines.

From 5pm, every Thursday and Friday, 10th – 18th June.

First in, best dressed.
