Explore new flavours on your palette with The Dalmore Whisky and Cheese Flight, $40 per person. 

Tastings are perfectly paired so you can work your way from one end of the globe to the other with these decadent duos. Start with The Dalmore Port Wood Whisky, paired with a fiercely flavourful Testun di Barolo from Italy. Next, experience the aromas of orange, marmalade cinnamon and nutmeg from The Dalmore 15-year old Whisky, matched with earthy Truffle Triple Cream Brie from Woombye, Queensland. End with caramel, coffee and chocolate, found in The Dalmore Cigar Malt Whisky, gracefully balanced with the bold, Mauri Gorgonzola Dolce from Italy. 

Sink back into our New York scene and indulge in our Whisky 3 Way Burger, $29 per person. Our house made beef patty is met with caramelised onions, aioli, served with a side of fries and red sauce – each made with The Dalmore Port Wood Whisky. Finish with an old fashioned with, you guessed it, The Dalmore Port Wood Whisky.
