Deposit & Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to book. The credit card must expire after the date of the event.
The full accommodation amount (100%) will be charged at the time of booking. No credit card surcharge applies.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation or non-arrival fee equal to the full stay value (100%).

A hotel credit will not be issued for any cancellations.
*We strongly recommend you consider travel insurance that covers the loss of accommodation costs due to medical conditions, flight cancellations, etc.

Credit Card Pre-Authorisation
QT Gold Coast requires a credit card pre-authorisation of $100 upon arrival to check for validity and sufficiency of funds as security for your reservation.
The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company and may affect the available funds balance or spending limit.

Hotel Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
However, please note early arrival and late departure cannot be guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.
