Vasse Felix x Santini Bar & Grill Wine Dinner

In collaboration with Western Australian wine royalty, Vasse Felix, Santini is celebrating the release of the iconic and highly coveted 2019 Tom Cullity Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec with an artfully curated dining experience.  

As Margaret River’s founding, loved and celebrated winery, Vasse Felix wines are flavoursome, elegant, powerful and a magical match to the Sorrento style of Santini’s cuisine. 

Begin with canapés and sparkling wine from new Blanc de Blancs house, Idée Fixe, in the luxe setting of Santini Bar, then be guided to the restaurant for a 5-course menu perfectly paired with Vasse Felix’s vibrant signature wines. A visual feast featuring miso charred black cod and Margaret River Wagyu sirloin, sophisticated dishes have been designed to journey with each drop.
