Culinary Curation for a Cause

Santini Bar & Grill is bringing together four of WA’s top chef’s for a noteworthy night of dining to whet the appetite and warm the soul.

Joining our very own Executive Chef Andrew Barkham, Santini will be hosting a four course degustation in support of the Healthy Mind Menu Charity.

Stephen Clarke (Clarke’s of North Beach), Alan Spagnolo (Sandalford Winery) and Amanda Yong (Empyrean Education Institute) will sharpen their knives in the QT kitchen, as each chef will create a dish, completing the curation of this unique degustation menu.

Available for one night only, guests can expect an evening filled with flavours that evoke feelings, with this culinary experience.

Created in 2018, Healthy Mind Menu Inc. was formed to identify and address mental health issues in the workplace and investigate ways to better support the mental well-being of WA’s hospitality industry staff. A portion of proceeds from this special dinner will be donated to this worthy cause.

Adventure through fierce flavours from WA’s finest, it’s a night on the social calendar not to be missed.
