Jana will be serving up a feast from pasture to vineyard and beyond, exclusively for Newcastle Food Month.


Jana Meats Hungerford Hill

Take a trip from cask to coast, and taste the flavours of the region. Portions and pourings of local provenance await your presence, prepared by our Executive Chef Shayne Mansfield and Bryan Currie of Hungerford Hill.

Award-winning winemaker, Bryan takes the floor at Jana for four flavourful courses with matching wines – the 2022 Malbec crowned the hero glass of the evening. Indulge in Argentine creations crafted by Chef Shayne, including his beloved classics, such as beef fat island prawns and bone in rib eye.

Luxuriate and libate in an evening of local provenance, with the gift of the glass.

Looking to grab and go? Delight in Jana Bar’s Confit Duck Hotdog.

Nestled in a brioche bun with Campari jam, pickles, and comté cheese, this bar bite finds its perfect pair in Hungerford Hill’s Pinot Noir.

Join us in the city’s heart, Monday to Saturday for the entire month of April for $30pp.
