All You Want For Christmas Is This Deliciousness
It’s the most longed-for day on the eating calendar. Executive Chef Paul Griffiths and his award-winning team at Pascale Bar & Grill are in their happy place, pulling out all the stops to create a decadent three course à la carte feast.
There’ll be a festive amuse on arrival, and then down to serious business; roasted prawns with charred lettuce, slow cooked pork belly, roast turkey & stuffing (pretty please, Paul?), John dory and orange glazed witlof, Brussel sprouts with parma ham and roasted potatoes with sage and parmesan. Vegetarians will be in heaven too. And how about Christmas pudding sundae, pistachio and raspberry Trifle or delicious mascarpone and peach pavlova to follow?
