Get high on panorama drama as the purple rein of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin launches its rule on The Rooftop at QT this winter.

Gin combined with Yarra Valley grapes? Bloody brilliant. This crazy experiment using original Rare Dry Gin steeped with local cool climate Shiraz grapes has become a cult-favourite, the perfect balance of sweet fruit and ginny goodness.

To mark the triumphant return of the citrus and spiced Shiraz Gin, for the month of June, we’re rolling out the bloody red carpet for a couple of good ol’ fashion gin dust-ups.

Our Rooftop will be transformed into a purple oasis, slinging a bespoke Bloody Menu for all your shiraz-infused desires. Our mixology masters have layered the spirit with homemade infusions, syrups and tinctures that pack a playful punch.

A melting pot for all the city’s favourite flavours – our team of chefs have put together a food full of flavour and bursting with fragrance to match. Think Slow Cooked Beef Cheek Tacos, Slow Cooked Pork Hock Cigars and Roasted Cauliflower and Sage Pasta Bake.

Take the lift to the top floor to mingle by the glowing Melbourne skyline and order to your cult-favourite drop, QT style.
