Executive Chef, Paul Griffiths is putting local produce on a pedestal, serving culinary extravagance with all the delectable trimmings. Begin with Lakes Entrance crab ravioli, High Country pork belly porchetta and Yarra Valley peach and raspberry clafouti. All paired with premium drops from Beechworth VIC, Fighting Gully Road. 

This lunch promises to tickle the taste buds, while showcasing the prime producers and providores of Victoria.
