Move over Vegemite, step aside Nutella, cult-favourite Pistachio Papi is taking over QT Gold Coast with a nutty collab of irresistible proportions.  

Led by our award-winning Head Pastry Chef, Daniel King, together with lashings of Pistachio Papi’s 100% Italian pistachio spread, FIXX Café will be reimagined as the sweetest Papi pop-up overflowing with pistachio-filled delicacies. With layered treats that tower over the table, expect triple choc pistachio-filled cookies, caramelised half dipped Papi flat croissants, Pistachio Papi macarons with pistachio crumb, and a viral-worthy Papi-filled cronut smash.  

Every night at Bazaar Marketplace, free-flowing Pistachio Papi spread will be at the ready to dip, drizzle and dunk a delectable line-up of desserts, seasonal fruits, acai and creamy soft serve.
