Executive chef Greg Benney and his award winning team have crafted a mouth-watering menu so you can stay away from the kitchen this Christmas Day. ‘Tis the season to spoil yourself.

Bazaar Breakfast Christmas Morning
Tis the season to spoil yourself. Wake up to the smell of freshly baked pancakes and sizzling bacon on Christmas morning, QT style. Bazaar will have a seemingly endless array of festive favourites for you to explore, before a morning opening presents and festive cheer. Breakfast bookings are essential. Bookings are for 1 hour. Doors open 6.30am – Service ends 10.30am.
Bazaar Christmas Lunch
Over indulging on roasted meats, fresh seafood and decadent desserts is a Christmas tradition and where better to feast than Bazaar Marketplace. Interact with chefs, dine on an array of global flavours and leave the cooking to us. Christmas lunch wouldn’t be complete without a glass of something naughty, so there’ll be a free-flowing three-hour beverage package to take advantage of. This will also include a welcome Christmas cocktail on arrival.

Bazaar Dinner Christmas Night
Still got room for a feast after visiting family and friends? Finish off the festivities with a decadent dining experience at Bazaar Marketplace. Indulge with a mosaic of cuisines from fresh trawler caught seafood, vibrant salads, chocolate fountains and traditional gooey desserts. Children will receive a complimentary gift from Santa himself.
Yamagen Christmas Lunch
Experience a masterclass in Japanese culinary delights with Yamagen’s indulgent 7-course degustation menu fit for Santa himself. The menu features a range of Japanese seafood dishes with a Christmas twist. Artfully paired with your choice of beverage. The hardest choice you’ll have to make on Christmas Day is choosing between champagne or whisky.
