A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking, inclusive of all services (“Total Cost’), must be received 60 days from the arrival date. If no contact is made with the hotel, this amount will automatically be deducted from the nominated card on file for the reservation to be confirmed. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being automatically cancelled without notice. Payment of this deposit indicates your acceptance of QT Falls Creek terms and conditions. Final payment of the remaining 50% of the Total Cost must be received no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Failure to make the final payment on time will result in the booking being automatically cancelled without notice. Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the Cancellation Conditions set out below. If the date on which the reservation is made or the date on which the deposit is otherwise due, is less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, immediate payment in full of the Total Cost is required at the time of making the reservation unless otherwise notified to you at the time the reservation is made. Payments by personal cheque may be refused at the QT Falls Creek discretion.
Bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the Total Cost. Bookings cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Total Cost. For those bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the Total Cost will be incurred (that is, there will be no refund) *All rooms images displayed on qtfallscreek.com.au are subject to availability.
Standard Terms & Conditions
Cancel by 2PM on the day prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. A cancellation fee of the first night’s accommodation price will be charged for any reservation cancelled after this time. If multiple cancellation terms are stated, the most restrictive requirement will be applied. A credit card imprint of $100 or cash deposit equal to $100 per night will be required on check in as a security deposit.
Rates quoted are based on the number of occupants and length of stay and any alterations to these details may affect the nightly rate charged.
Confirmation of Reservation
Online bookings require a valid credit card number to confirm your reservation. The card is held by the Hotel as security for your reservation and utilised for any applicable cancellation or non-arrival fees, unless otherwise specified on the rate at the time of booking. Unless an alternative valid card or method of payment is provided upon check-out, this card will be used for all accommodation and ancillary costs and for any loss or damage to the room during the stay.
A valid credit card and photo ID will be requested from the occupant of the room when checking in. Payment via third party credit cards may be arranged by contacting the Hotel directly. For travellers without a credit card, photo ID will be requested and full cash payment of accommodation plus a bond for incidental charges will be required at check-in. Bonds vary by Hotel and length of stay. Payments by credit card will incur a transaction fee reflecting bank charges incurred by the Hotel for card payments for Australian Hotels only. Current fees are 1.08% of the transaction total for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Fees are subject to change, and applicable fees will be confirmed on check-in. Payments by Cash or EFTPOS do not incur transaction fees. Guests may elect to change method of payment on check-out to Cash or EFTPOS to avoid these fees.
Advanced Purchases and Pre-Paid Rates
Advance purchases and prepaid rates (as indicated on the rate description) will be charged now if you proceed with this booking. Advance purchase and pre-paid rate bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled at the election of a guest. There will be strictly NO refunds available for advance purchase and pre-paid bookings for guests who elect to cancel their booking. Changes and modifications by guests are also not permitted in the case of advance purchase and pre-paid rate bookings.
PriorityGUEST Rewards members will not receive their standard discount on accommodation during any advance purchase rate periods at QT Falls Creek Resort. Membership discount applies at all other times unless specified.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that the credit card provided will be used for payment of all accommodation and ancillary costs charged to the room after check-in, for any loss or damage to the room during the stay, and for any cancellation or non-arrival fees, unless an alternative arrangement with you or the named guest has been made with the Hotel.
Cancellation by the Hotel
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend your booking in the event of a computer, website or system error which results in the display or communication of an incorrect room rate or other incorrect details relating to your booking. The Hotel will advise you as soon as possible in the event of such an error.
