Urban streets and coastal chic blend into a vibrant masterpiece on the shores of Cyprus.

The long lunch begins and ends with an exquisite fusion of Middle Eastern flavours. Break Challah, a traditional Sabbath loaf, start with grilled eggplant served with lashing of herbed labneh and stuffed vine leaves with barley and pomegranate.

Fragrant spices mingle with fresh produce playing homage to tradition while embracing Ayia Napa’s contemporary flair. Watermelon feta salad, and fresh kingfish with horseradish chrain are before a sweet finish of traditional Konafi intertwined with honey, ricotta and lemon.
